Our travelers receive preferred rates at hotels, upgrades upon arrival (based on availability), preferred partner-only amenities (dining or spa credits, special amenities), daily breakfast for two, and early check-in/late checkout. TravelZork Travel coordinates all aspects of your travel experience, confirming amenities and special requests directly with the hotels and resorts.

It depends, but our rates are generally in-line with what you would see if you booked directly. Sometimes the rate offered is similar to other rates online but includes valuable amenities. It is important to make price comparisons when you are reviewing rates. Sometimes we can offer special rates that include free nights, such as buy two nights and get one free.

Yes. In most cases, you can earn hotel loyalty points on our Preferred Partner bookings. Please let us know your loyalty status and loyalty status number before booking. The earning of points is always subject to the terms and conditions of the hotel brand and property. We also advocate for high-status (high tier) loyalty program members. We make sure that the property is aware of your status and follow-up with regard to the benefits most important to you, such as upgrades and early/late check-in/out requests.

Yes! TravelZork Travel can book FHR and The Hotel Collection for qualified American Express Platinum and Centurion Cardholders. Only exception is that we cannot book and apply the annual $200 Platinum Card FHR Credit. But, we are happy to confirm all of your other FHR/Hotel Collection Reservations.

NO, sometimes we will offer a rate that does NOT include Preferred Partner benefits and amenities. This is often when the Preferred Partner Rate is unavailable or not the best available price (considering the entire reservation) available for your dates. We do this to provide an option. Travel booking is seldom “one program fits all,” and we strive to offer you options that are most cost-effective for your booking request.

Like bookings made with other online travel agencies, each rate and rate quote comes with a specific set of terms and conditions. These will be explained before your booking. Currently, most hotel rates for Las Vegas are refundable 72 hours prior to arrival.

In most cases (for hotel bookings), nothing. Our pricing and fee structure is straightforward.
