What Are Labs? (Lunch & Labs)

We are bringing back the popular interactive labs, with planned opportunities during both Breakfast & Early Bird Labs and Lunch & Labs.

Labs are small, topic-focused roundtables designed for direct interaction, not formal presentations.

They are informal, high-energy mini-sessions where you can move from table to table, ask questions, and dive into the topics that matter most to you. Labs may include miles-and-points strategy, aspirational redemptions, status, perks, smarter loyalty strategy, casino loyalty, craps, blackjack, and other hands-on learning topics.

No experience necessary. Great for beginners.

The Game Plan Format

ZorkFest Inner Circle is changing up the standard loyalty conference format. Instead of lots of short, 20-to-60-minute sessions running in every direction, we are building the weekend around fewer, deeper First Class Game Plans of approximately 2 hours per time slot.

Each major time slot gives attendees two Concurrent Strategy Sessions (Move Between Rooms), with the freedom to follow the conversation that matters most to them.

Each session is split into The Primer and The Power Moves. The Primer sets the table: the foundation, context, and key ideas. The Power Moves are where the session opens up: deeper strategy, real-world examples, sharper questions, expert perspective, and the moves most travelers never see.
