Research one vacation [research and coordination fee] — a non-refundable research and coordination fee, paid upfront before research begins.

$850 per group up to 10 people (up to 3 families, different households, traveling together, including any multi-family groups such as 2 families of 3 people per family)

Concierge Booking Services

Concierge Booking Services (separate fee, in addition to Research One Vacation) — for example, Daily Itinerary Planning (we plan items individually instead of a DMC and/or in conjunction with DMC and us coordinating individual trip/tour elements), guidance and coordination on the use of points and miles for hotel and airline reservations, and, where possible, VIP coordination and pre-arrival contact with hotels for reservations you have booked yourself, Disney Trip special services, special service coordination with local individual partners (not handled by a DMC), ticket procurement, specialty tickets, site ticket procurement [not part of pre-arranged tours] advanced/complicated service coordination requests. This includes trips where you book some or all of your own hotels or flights, whether on points, miles, or directly. We still advise on the choices, coordinate the details, track the reservations, and work to elevate your stays wherever we are able.

Concierge Booking Services: $250 (flat fee — party size is based on Research One Vacation, which covers groups up to 10 people; more than 10, please inquire).
Curated Dining/Restaurant Reservations (and management of dining reservation): $50 per dining reservation.

The Travel Therapist

The Travel Therapist: Ultimate On-Call VIP Services (separate fee, in addition to Research One Vacation) Do you ever feel like once your trip starts, you are suddenly on your own? Not here. This service is for travelers who want high-level support while they are actually in the middle of the trip, beyond standard flight disruption handling through our VIP Air Concierge (hey, book your air with us!). Want to skip a city, stay longer somewhere, add a tour, rethink part of the itinerary, talk through a change, or get smart real-time advice from someone who already knows your trip? That is exactly what this is. Think of it as your personal Travel Therapist: part strategist, part fixer, part calm voice of reason when travel gets complicated, chaotic, or just a little too real. Need help adjusting plans on the fly, solving travel issues, navigating personalities, or even getting the best advice on how to keep your fiancé happy and the wedding stress from hijacking the trip (we cannot guarantee the in-laws will cooperate, but we can absolutely help)? This is exactly the kind of support we provide.

Ground Transportation Coordination

• Flat Coordination Fee: $50 per continuous trip (one fee per reservation, regardless of number of services arranged).

• Example: Arrange a car & driver for a full day and an airport pickup = $50 coordination fee.

• Note: This fee covers coordination only. Transportation services (car, driver, transfers, etc.) are quoted separately.

• Waiver: Fee is waived for clients who have already paid under the Vacation & Holiday Premium Research service.

VIP Coordination (Transfer Services, Airport VIP, Meet&Greet Services, Airport Concierge Services)

Additional VIP Coordination* is a flat fee. This includes meet & greet and Airport Concierge Services.

*Coordination Fee is a separate fee to coordinate the VIP services, in addition there is a charge for the VIP Services which can include such things as meet&greet, airport concierge, VIP transportation and other VIP services. All services are quoted before booking.

Airline Premium Booking Concierge – Service and Support

Airfare Booking Service and Support

• Any flight changes, cancellations, or deviations are handled by our air team.
• Any issues before or during your trip will be handled by our air team and customer service at TravelZork Travel.

Airline Premium Booking Concierge – Airline Initiated Changes and Cancellations

Any changes initiated by the airline that involve cancellations or schedule issues are handled free of charge by the team at TravelZork Travel. We will always do our best to get you rebooked as quickly and efficiently as possible. In extreme circumstances, we will coordinate the refund of your ticket. Unfortunately, Airline Premium Booking Concierge Service Fees are non-refundable if you decide to cancel your ticket(s).

Airline Premium Booking Concierge – Client Initiated Changes

What does this mean? For example, a client asks us to change the dates for their airline ticket because they no longer desire to travel on the dates originally booked.

If the client initiates a change for any type of ticket (i.e., change of dates for holiday/vacation), we charge a flat fee of $50-$125 per ticket to modify and rebook your reservation. (Based on the fee schedule above.)

Additional Notes On The TravelZork Travel Fee Structure

• There may be other booking fees for airfare, complex airfare, travel planning, and complex travel coordination. We will always advise the client upfront of any additional fees.
