If it’s a specific hotel/resort that you want to compare prices to (you advise the hotel, dates, and room category), we are always happy to make a quick price comparison. In these cases, this does not require in-depth research. (And those “quick price quotes/estimates” are always free of charge.)

• Hotel or Accommodation Reservations less than $800 — $50/fee per booking (non-refundable fee, but reservations can also be changed and modified for free)

• Multiple hotel and resort options (as needed)
• Multiple dates and date price comparison (as needed)
• Comparison between different destinations (cities)
• Complete coordination for experiences, tours, dining, and activities (services incur additional fees, which are always disclosed; often with multiple options)
• Overview of airfare pricing (all air bookings still require Airfare and Flight Booking Fees, which include Premium Service and Support)
• Your itinerary in our industry-leading app, with live flight alerts and the ability to see changes to your trip in real-time. Full app and web access to your itinerary and all documents related to the itinerary are included with the Vacation and Holiday Premium Research packages.
• We work extremely hard to VIP your reservation at the highest level. Multiple times, we reach out to the properties ensuring that everything is set for your arrival and the start of a fabulous holiday.

Airline Premium Booking Concierge Price Guide – Revenue (Cash) Tickets

• US Domestic $50 per ticket with premium service and support $150 for a family (up to 5) – (Client Changes/Rebooking/Cancellation $50 per ticket)

• International (economy class) $100 per ticket with premium service and support $300 for a family (up to 5) – (Client Changes/Rebooking/Cancellation $50 per ticket)

• International (premium classes, including premium economy) $75 per ticket with premium service and support $275 for a family (up to 5) – (Client Changes/Rebooking/Cancellation $50 per ticket)

• Special Construction – Sabre – Can’t Be booked in ADX interface for Sabre/Amadeus $250 per ticket (Client Changes/Rebooking/Cancellation $125 per ticket)

Airline Premium Booking Concierge – Service and Support

Airfare Booking Service and Support

• Any flight changes, cancellations, or deviations are handled by our air team.
• Any issues before or during your trip will be handled by our air team and customer service at TravelZork Travel.

Airline Premium Booking Concierge – Airline Initiated Changes and Cancellations

Any changes initiated by the airline that involve cancellations or schedule issues are handled free of charge by the team at TravelZork Travel. We will always do our best to get you rebooked as quickly and efficiently as possible. In extreme circumstances, we will coordinate the refund of your ticket. Unfortunately, Airline Premium Booking Concierge Service Fees are non-refundable if you decide to cancel your ticket(s).

Airline Premium Booking Concierge – Client Initiated Changes

What does this mean? For example, a client asks us to change the dates for their airline ticket because they no longer desire to travel on the dates originally booked.

If the client initiates a change for any type of ticket (i.e., change of dates for holiday/vacation), we charge a flat fee of $50-$125 per ticket to modify and rebook your reservation. (Based on the fee schedule above.)

Additional Notes On The TravelZork Travel Fee Structure

• There may be other booking fees for airfare, complex airfare, travel planning, and complex travel coordination. We will always advise the client upfront of any additional fees.
